The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg

So much of our behaviour is done with minimal thought. Most of us know this but still, by putting it in black and white and confirming it is backed by scientific studies the message produces a real kick. To top it off, The Power of Habit is interesting and easy to read. I have started to read it a second time with a focus on implementing some of the strategies described to change the habits we no longer desire.
Definitely worth a read!
